File Requirements

  • Faxed copies are NOT accepted for reproduction
  • All files must be sent as either JPG or PDF file types, Word .doc files are NOT accepted
  • Resolution between 200-300 dpi, anything sent in a lower resolution can reproduce poorly and our magazine will not be held responsible 
  • Any copyrighted material sent must have approval from the copyright holder, and our magazine will not be responsible in any way for material sent with owners permission

Website Banner Ad Info

Our website banners are available in two sizes:

  • 250x80 (sidebar - two positions, top and bottom)
  • 468x60 (footer - bottom of every page)
